I ended up getting a new phone and phone service with Xfinity Internet also. She was the most knowledgeable, work quicker, and was so pleasant of a person than I had ever had help me in a service center ever."
"i go to take back a router from a recent upgrade. i get told i need to take it to a ups store and send it to them. i asked if i can return it now im here. was told you have about an hour wait. take it to ups store they will scan it and ship it. i said why can't you scan it and take it and forget the middle man. he said because he doesn't do it. so as i was walking out apparently someone he knew was behind me in line was talking to him and had a bag of stuff to return. to my surprise in less then 5 mins this person was leaving without her return item. getting tired of this company over priced no support alway computers helping and customer service in stores sucks,"
"I decided to go visit this location and take advantage of the opportunity to get a mobile phone from Xfinity. Once I got there I was immediately greeted with a friendly and helpful smile Xfinity associate, I believe his name was Brandon. I had a wonderful experience while deciding on what plan and phone I needed. He was very knowledgeable and that was very comforting to me because I am not Savvy with technical stuff. I had to come back to finish the process of setting my phone up and Justin helped me. He was very very helpful, had a sense of humor, and was very engaging. These two gentlemen know how to build relationships with people which is refreshing this is why I rather go into the brick and mortar store then talk with people on the phone at Comcast. Overall the store was clean, safe and welcoming. I am very happy with my phone pixel 8. Please forgive me if I am incorrectly naming the assistants."
"I was looking to see if I could reduce my Xfinity bill. But I found out, if i change the package I have, it is like a new contract, starting over again. If I were to keep the same package, my TV bill will go up. There must be a better way."
"It was a pleasure talking to the young male sales associate that helped me few weeks ago.( shame can’t remember his name) he was quick and informative.Pleasant and professional & not at all bothered with fact I walked in 5 min till closing. From now on, I’ll just go straight to this location in person rather than waste at least 45 minutes trying to talk to a real life person @Comcast on the phone. And then once getting a human person,got kind of stuck on the phone listening to him go over info that did not apply to me. so that’s 45 to 60 minutes in my life that I’ll never get back. I spent less time driving to the Comcast location talking with the gentleman and getting my new modem then I did trying to ask a question on the phone."
