"I have been going there for 3 years. When I first started getting my truck washed it was awesome. They cleaned every nook and cranny. It WAS almost like a mini detail. I didnt mind paying the extra for what was done. Recently I'd have to say the level of service has gone down. I went to a similar car wash in Somers Point NJ. It was less expensive. I'd have to say that it was cleaned the way Waterline use to service my vehicle. Hopefully things can turn around. I'd hate to go somewhere else!"

"Great car wash experience. Quick and easy. I have a recurring membership was a good value to quickly get in and out with an exterior car wash. My only complaint is I’d love the ability to add interior to my wash, even at an up charge. Why? Because their interior cleaning is immaculate the team they have over their really get down and dirty to get all the hard to clean parts. I drive sometimes 30-40 twice a week minutes just for them to clean my car and truck because it’s that good. The price is worth every penny. And they pay attention to details."

"I am very disappointed that the service has gone down. I have been coming here for years and won’t be coming back. I spent $37 for a car wash that was not worth it. Before they would prewash your car with a hose which they do not do anymore. The car wash itself has also changed. Most of the bristles did not even touch my car and the ones that did barely did enough. But the worst of all was my interior. Not only was there still a ton of dust left but to leave my backseat full of dog hair is unacceptable. I only noticed until hours later as I didn’t think I would have to inspect my car. Very sad to see the workers aren’t as efficient."

"Ive been coming here for 3 years ONLY because it is the only full service car wash in the area. The always do a horrible job. Every time they are done, I have to go behind them with their own cloths to clean what they missed, which is always everything they never clean the cupholders the doors are always filthy. Today when I left there was still mud all over the car. I pay for the full service option. I might as well go to a place like Mr. Sparkle and do it myself. Horrible place. Do better."

"Waterline Auto spa is a quick and efficient full service car wash, it's a bit pricey, online is one price and when you get there it's a whole different price ?? But, other than that all of the washing machines work well and the workers are fast and friendly. I see they offer coupons but I don't know how to get them, I may return if I get my hands on a coupon."
