"I received a gift from someone from Kay Jewelers. I am thankful he got lifetime warranty because within the first 2 weeks of having it broke. I had it less then a year and had to take it 4 times to get it repaired. Some of the people who work there seem to not care. I told them they have it more then me 2 weeks to a month each time. I just had to take it back today now I have to wait till the September to get it back. I will never buy from them again."
