I wasn't sure if it was the same link or a different one. So I took it back to them. They were gracious enough with their business to repair the link for free. Shelby was very helpful, kind, and professional. The other staff were just as cheery upon entrance. The store is clean and smells good. I appreciated my 2 interactions. "I just came in to get a quote to replace a missing diamond from a pair of earrings. Apparently they don't even have an in house jeweler because I was told they would have to send my earrings all the way up to way across to even get a quote and I wouldn't have a quote for a couple of days. I have never heard of such a thing. It's almost like they specifically chased my business away. Who wants to wait to find out the price to fix a beloved jewelry item? You want me to put my diamond jewelry in your hands to send away from your store before I even have a price to fix it? We just moved here and I'm glad to know this about this place now because they will not be our family jeweler."
