"After trying to purchase a home in montague nj through krumpfer, ive been given mixed information through the firm regarding the purchase process and requirements of the home. The seller "accepted" my offer is what i was told however there was then no paperwork to show for that. Meanwhile a week later im told the seller has got 2 other offers after theyve already accepted mine. I sent in a signed contract, and even recieved a revised contract to sign as there was an issue regarding the CO on the signed contract. They should not have been taking in any offers after already accepting an offer and a contract being in place. This being said, ive wasted a good few weeks and while im not hurt about losing the property, I am quite irritated by the lack of communication, Misleading information, and overall poor handling of the process. After dealing with Joe Krumpfer years ago i thought he was actually very good at what he does. Its unfortunate that those in his firm fail to follow in his practices and cant meet a similar level of quality service."
