"1 star because it won't allow 0... Roger was called out to my property by the septic tank guys, to excavate my septic tank so they could empty it. He showed up quickly and took care of the excavation. He left me his number saying he would come back to help me with other plumbing issues I was having as well. He came out on a Saturday and assessed my plumbing needs, taking note of what parts he thought he might need and gave me a verbal bid on the repairs. He then left saying he would be back the following week. The following week came and went without any contact. I messaged him requesting a new date for him to come complete the repairs that he had provided a quote for, he said he got busy with his contract work and would try again the week after. The following week came and went without any contact. I messaged him again, he said he was out of town on family emergency that I would "be the first on the list" when he got back into town. Several weeks went by without any contact. I messaged him jokingly that he must have surely forgotten about us, he said he did, but promised again 'next week', 'as soon as possible', 'trying hard to get to you'... and now he isn't responding at all, seems my repair job isn't big enough for him to take seriously. SO unprofessional, disrespectful and quite demeaning to be ghosted by someone who claims to be a professional and had an open quote for a job you were willing to pay to get done."
