Took my maiden name back and they found every reason not to accept my married name nor my maiden name to be true even though I gave them my divorce decree and my birth certificate along with everything else such as passport, drivers license, etc."
"Withdrew $4000 on 12/6/23 and had to get a check by mail because they removed my ACH withdrawal and debit card withdrawal with no reason given. It is now 1/6/24 and I’m still waiting on the check. Like others said in reviews they enjoy taking your money but when you win they make it hard to withdrawal. Jumping through hoops so you’re better off using a book you can get your money back!"
