"I could not recommend Seeds of Love enough! I went on a whim with a friend of mine and loved it so much - I’m now up to 3 classes a week. I wasn’t searching for anything specific originally, just something to get me out of the house regularly and move my body since I have a work from home desk job. I felt so welcomed from the first day I stepped foot in here! Truly non judgmental- just a safe place to explore yoga. Since starting I’ve been so motivated to keep pushing on my health & fitness journey and genuinely look forward to attending each class. I’m getting more confident as time goes on, I’m sleeping better, I’m getting stronger and feel so much more comfortable in my body. My persistent back and shoulder pain are getting better too which is a huge win! You will not regret attending a class at Seeds of Love!"
