"If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!! I don't have time to tell you all the ways you can improve. I'm too busy trying to operate a business that your software TOLD me would help with. It does not! Our website is STILL a complete mess and we were PROMISED it would be completed by December 28, 2023 and it is STILL not how we want it. We have been paying for a personalized app since November 2023 with ZERO follow-up when items were not sent to you - if a customer is continuously paying for a product, do you not think it is courteous to check in on them if it is not running the way it should be?????? We are paying A LOT of money, we are a BRAND NEW business in an industry that is known for either making very little money and/or failing altogether. We have given feedback MULTIPLE times, asked for refunds, had follow-up meetings, sent NUMEROUS emails, and NOTHING!!!!! No response from ANYONE on your team. So I'm not even sure why I've just spent this much time writing all of this out. It's pointless. Your customer service and connection and courtesy SUCKS! I would DEFINITELY not recommend PP!"
