"This place is a single functional soap dispenser away from being 4 or 5 stars. But they don't have a single functional soap dispenser in the men's bathroom. On my way out, I tried 3 hand sanitizer dispensers, all empty. I wouldn't be surprised if the alcohol spray was just tap water at this point. Fix the most basic of problems and get your 4 starts back!"
