"I started going to this planet fitness in July and have been extremely disappointed. Firstly, the girl behind the counter, Sophia, is extremely rude and pays more attention to her phone and the other male employees than customers. She’s always sitting and I can’t ever get service when she’s alone at the desk. I would submit a complaint to the manager, Felicia, but I’ve heard she bans customers who complain. The manager herself is very rude and unprofessional. I will no longer be going to this planet fitness and will be rethinking my membership entirely."

"The "employees" who work here couldn't be bothered doing their job. Everytime I come In I have to scan myself in while the employees behind the desk rather be on their phone or talking to each other. The only nice, friendly and employee who actually works is the Hispanic lady who works in the weekday morning. The two girls who are behind the desk on the weekends are extremely rude and not friendly. Even the manager with the tattoos and piercings doesn't even do her job. This place have been going down hill."

"This is the nicest Planet Fitness of them ALL. Ever. They just received new equipment, they are spreading out the current equipment for a more open and less crowded feel. The bathrooms are clean and modern. Only complaint is that some people are inconsiderate of taking too much time on one machine."

"This is a pretty good gym for people who live in the area and don't want to drive to one of the bigger gyms on routes 70/38/30/etc. The staff is great and friendly. You can pretty much get a full workout with all the equipment available although there are some pretty basic things missing that almost every other gym I've ever been a member of has, like a calf raise machine, a standing squat machine, and a decline chest press. There are a couple of other issues I wish they could address like: The men's locker room needs better ventilation because it often smells like raw sewage (worse than just p**p, like an actual sewer). Lots of teens standing around socializing and taking up equipment, which is frustrating. I wish they were open a little later on the weekends; 7pm is a little early for my schedule."

"This is by far the Best PF location I’ve been to! Staff is sorta friendly/ helpful and this spot is always visibly clean lol… however STILL CLEAN B4 & AFTER EACH USE because our “Gym Peeps” don’t like to spray and wipe behind themselves:("
