"Wanted to update my cc on file. In three years have never been asked this. They refused access till I went home to get them a cc. Mind you the bill my bank account monthly so really didn’t effect my payment being processed and was always paid on time with no issues. I told them if I had to go home for a cc today I wasn’t coming back. They said that is fine. So I canceled on the spot. And now a welcomed member at Giant. FYI best thing they ever did to me. Giant fitness employees are super nice and welcoming no second payment needed. And definitely a cleaner gym. Thanks planet fitness for pushing me to another gym!"

"Brooklawn Planet Fitness has the absolute BEST employee of all the Planet Fitness clubs I frequent! Serena is always super friendly, greets everyone with the biggest smile. All while never standing still, constantly moving, making sure to refill cleaning solutions, paper towels, and cleaning. The pride she takes in her work is superb!"

"First of all, the staff is super nice, part of the reason I use this gym. But after being to several planet fitness’ over the years when I travel and on vacation this one really has some issues. This is the only one I’ve been to that only has 4 stair climbers. To make things worse, for the last year+ there has been at least 2 of the 4 of them broken. Sometimes 3 of the 4. They went through a renovation that was completed over 6+ months ago, yet the construction supplies are still taking up a large majority of the free workout area. Not only that, but a lot of it is covered in bird crap. Literally right next to work out equipment. I try to give grace for these types of things, but being done for 6+ months and it still all sitting like that is pretty bad. There are a lot of times when there is no space for people to work out back there because of it. The only positive is this one doesn’t seem to get as busy, probably because of the above issues lol"

"This is the gym my husband and I both belong to. It's big, the staff is friendly and it's clean. We've showered here as well and the showers were always clean when we used them. Never had any bad experiences here. We also love to tan The only small complaint I would have, and it's not a bad one, the tanning booths aren't the strongest. If they changed their bulbs more it would be perfect. I'm naturally fair skinned and normally going tanning the first couple times I would get red and I've been using these booths for almost a month and I've only gotten a couple shades darker."
