"I honestly don't even know where to begin... CrossFit Nassau is an incredible gym with an incredible coaching staff, community, and programming. I'm sad I had to find a new gym due to moving, which has made it clear just how special this gym is (not that I didn't know already). I started out at this gym being unable to do most skills (e.g., box jumps, rope climbs, kip swings) and heavy lifting was entirely new to me, but two years later, I made so much progress in both skill and strength work that I was able to confidently join my new gym (that is definitely not nearly as beginner friendly as CrossFit Nassau). Coaches: The coaches are particularly good at fostering a supportive environment at the gym—they try to get to know you, understand your goals, and go above and beyond to help you reach those goals. And it's not just the owner, Justin, that is great; each and every coach is like this, and they have all individually contributed to helping me reach my fitness goals. Community: The community at this gym is so welcoming and diverse in terms of fitness backgrounds and life backgrounds. Regardless of your background, they will be there to cheer you on when you PR in a lift or get a new skill down or crush a workout of the day. Programming: Coach Sara does a fantastic job of programming variety in the movements each week but balancing that with a clear cycle progression aimed to help you improve. By the end of the cycle, you'll notice clear improvements. The coaches also provide attainable scaling options tailored to you but also will preview what the next “level up” for that skill will be for you to aim for."

It's been more than 6 months I joined Cross Fit at Nassau, and I would highly recommend the gym for anyone looking to focus on good health and fitness.
