If you think you will be just rowing away on a machine, no! think cross training with weights and kettlebells and floor work with rowing intervals -- unless you do an endurance class which is just rowing. rowing is a strong cardio workout, but low impact so no destruction to the back or knees. the studio is bright, shiny, airy and clean with great music! try it!"
