"Came here to work out and play basketball when it's or when its Hot outside in the summer. Been there to play the last 2 days and the whole gym was air conditioned but the basketball court and it was 90 plus degrees outside.... very very disappointing especially with how much the membership is"

"I visited the club from out of the area, on a Sunday morning around 830am. The staff member at the front desk was helpful and accommodating during check in. She advised me of my options for the day and encouraged me to enjoy my workout. I was able to enjoy my workout due to the availability and variety of equipment at my disposal. The club wasnt too busy and everyone seemed motivated. The option to grab a protein drink/smoothie at the venue was also a plus. If ever in the area again I will choose to visit this club in particular due to the cleanliness, friendliness, and variety of equipment."
"I like my local L.A. Fitness and the staff. Sadly, instead of fixing the racquetball courts, which is the main reason for my membership, it was said corporate recently changed one court into a pilates room and the other has yet to be fixed and it has been years. Where is the upkeep of the facility? Corporate needs to be in touch with what it's paying members want to retain us. One example is why they can't they keep good trainers (personal, yoga, zumba, etc.). I am always willing to chat if they want this member's input."
