"Our showroom air conditioner at C&C tire service stopped working abruptly in the dog days of summer. I called Dozier and Mrs. Connie sent Ethan over to diagnose it almost immediately. We needed a whole new system, it was time. Ethan was very professional, and once we decided to go foward with repairs, Ethan returned with Mr. Bill Dozier the owner. They installed a temporary A/C unit for us until they could install our new unit the next day. Mr. Bill was there overseeing the entire install the next day, and their work was second to none. "I called at 9 am after my A/C went out in the middle of the night. Jordan was here within 15 minutes of my call! He went out to get a part needed and came back and fixed the issues very quickly. They were all so nice and helpful! Will definitely recommend them."
"Technician was knowledgeable and professional, I narrowed down my A/C problem prior his arrival, it took under a minute for him to confirm the problem being a bad capacitor, he changed it in seconds. The issue i have the Dozier Heating and Air is an 800% mark up on parts. The service call was reasonable price at $79 and I expected between to pay $18-$60 for the part. After the quick part change occurred the Technician informed me his company charges $145 for a capacitor (it only costs $18 at the store). That is an insane mark up! 800%. I gave them 2/5 stars because they fixed my problem easily but they price gouge. If i knew the markup ahead of time I would have paid the $79 service fee then went out and bought the part myself."
