Our mission is to support students from the Red Clay Consolidated, Christina, Appoquinimink, and Colonial School Districts, as well as various charter schools in New Castle County, DE.

Our core principles—Restorative Practices, Trauma-Informed Care, Cultural Relevancy, and Agency & Assets (Strengths-Based)—are the foundation of our educational philosophy. These principles guide us in building a strong school community, maintaining accountability, and resolving conflicts.
We offer a diverse curriculum that includes African drumming and dancing, art, music, and physical education to discipline both the body and mind. Our trauma-informed practices are designed to promote growth and peace, with a deep respect for the cultural backgrounds of our students. We believe in recognizing the inherent value, strength, and quality in every individual.
Our ultimate goal is to ensure a successful transition for every student. We assess readiness for returning to their home schools through our Four Keys to A Successful Transition, providing a comprehensive evaluation to support their continued success.
