"Nitroflex is an excellent gym with state of the art equipment and great staff. The facility is always clean and well maintained. It's a warm and welcoming place where most of the staff know your name and truly care when you're not there due to injury or sickness. I particularly enjoy the variety of classes that are offered. The instructors are amazing and are able to teach and accommodate the various ability levels. I would highly recommend as you won't be disappointed!"
