"The cycle exchange in Andover NJ is the location I visited. Found the bike I liked on the easy to use website sent in a request for a trade in value of my motorcycle. Before the end of the day I had an offer for my bike !! Went down the next Saturday and was helped by Chris V. In Sales. The bike I was looking at was just as described on their web site !! They gave me the price that was agreed to for trade and purchase without any hassles !! Chris explained everything thoroughly and I was on my way within a half hour of walking in !!! Could not have been happier !! They have a great selection and prices are great also. After returning home I had realized that I had forgotten my house keys in my former bikes windshield pouch. I called Chris and he said that he would send them right out to me via ups !! Received them within 2 days and with a little extra “swag in the box “ I will be definitely buying and referring others to Chris!!"

"The Cycle Exchange came up on Cycle Trader as having the bike I was looking for; a Triumph Bonneville T120. I took a ride to the location, saw the bike in EXCELLENT condition and was helped by Lily! She was phenomenal and made the process go really fast and easy. I was already pre-approved through the website and came in with deposit in hand , looking to close the deal. I was originally going to pick the bike up the following week but decided to return the same day as I forgot my license when I left. They had the bike prepped and ready to roll.
