About the Business
Welcome to the Beverly Free Library, a cherished community hub located at 441 Cooper Street, Beverly, New Jersey. Established in 1895 by the dedicated women of the Paragraph Club, our library has long been a cornerstone of learning and community spirit. In 1929, after years of determination and fundraising, the library found its permanent home at its current location, alongside the World War One Memorial and surrounded by our award-winning gardens.
Nestled at the edge of Beverly City's downtown, just a short walk from the Beverly-Edgewater Park station on the RiverLine, the Beverly Free Library offers a serene and inspiring environment for all visitors. Whether you're seeking knowledge, a quiet place to read, or a connection to local history, our library is here to serve you.
Please note that all branches of the Burlington County Library, including ours, will be closed from Saturday, August 31 through Monday, September 2 in observance of Labor Day Weekend. For more information on our holiday schedule and other closings, please visit our website.
We invite you to explore our rich collection of books and resources, enjoy our beautiful surroundings, and become part of our library community.
