"DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BOOK, YOU WILL NEVER SEE ACTUAL SALES. What a scam! This company gave me the runaround for three years, finally I am going to pull the rights to my book from them and go to a different company that is more transparent. I would warn any first time Author not to spend this amount of money on their self publishing program. They did nothing that they said they were going to do and after only a few months of the major bookstores had my book available. Such lies I am seeking to file a class action against them with other authors. Beware!"

"I paid this company to publish a book with expedited service. The book was to be delivered by the 15th of the December. Once the money was withdrawn from my account, they tacked on 3 additional days. With much patience and emails, we requested to have the item to be delivered the time that was promised. However Lisa insisted that because the time is "estimated" we just would not have the book. It would be delivered 2 days after our Gala where the book was to be gifted to our Senior National Sales Director. Although there is a issue of timing and deceit of the company we still tired to compromise and drive 3 hours to pick up the book, however according to Lisa the book delivery day and possible pick up day are the same. Since books are very important to anyone who uses this service. I would encourage you NOT to use Book Baby, find another company."
