Welcome to Holy Spirit Lutheran Church, a welcoming place of worship located at 1220 Bayshore Road, Lower Township, New Jersey. We are a vibrant community of faith, guided by the Holy Spirit, committed to prayer, worship, and spreading the joy of Jesus Christ. Our mission is to compassionately serve others in Christian love.
Our doors are open every Thursday from 10 AM to 1 PM, and on the last Saturday of each month, offering pre-packed bags and extra donated items to those in need. Please bring a form of residency verification when you visit. For additional assistance or information, feel free to call our church office or stop by during our open hours.
We deeply appreciate the generosity of our community, which helps us continue our mission. We invite everyone to share their comments, concerns, questions, or joys with our council members, who will bring them to our meetings. Visitors are welcome to attend our meetings to learn more about our activities and initiatives. Our next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 17th, 2024, at 6 PM, both in-person and via conference call. "This is a top notch church and organization. We took our daughter this morning. They were giving out free back packs and school supplies for the children, amongst other things as well. They even provided them with lunch and two large bouncy houses. This is a wonderful place to go. The people are so welcoming and friendly. They also have a food pantry as well, I don't remember the dates for that but just the fact they they do it says a lot about who they are. Thank you again, my daughter had a blast there today."
