"This morning Nick... Truck driver, from this company. Side swept my grandmother, from the passenger side to my front. Reach out to their insurance. Reply was, Driver said it’s her fault, so they are not paying for damages. Truly unacceptable… she has a lot on her plate already so for someone to look at her and think oh yeah this would be easy to get away with is WRONG. Mistakes happens and it isn’t too late to fix it. If you have history of this - for the sake of ya company you should just fix it before it cost you your reputation"

"Pioneer Pipe Contractors are replacing water pipes in our neighborhood. Today was the first day. The workers were very polite and considerate. The main reason I’m writing this review is because I was so impressed with their customer service and after hour emergency support! Yes we had a little set back, at the end of the day after work hours we noticed our water pressure was extremely low - so low our toilets wouldn’t flush and water just dropped/trickled from faucet. Well I called the emergency number and spoke with Jeff, I think the president of the company (only discovered this after looking at their website). This gentleman really went above and beyond to make sure the problem was resolved and we were satisfied. He sent American water company over and one of his employees. We callled American water earlier and they told us there was nothing they could do. Anyway Jeff got American water company here in less than 15 minutes! He also called me right back to let me know they were headed over and that I could call him back if they take too long or don’t show etc. And then he called me again about an hour later to make sure the problem was resolved and he explained what happened. He offered to send his employee to my door to check the water lines but it wasn’t necessary. Problem solved in less than an hour! I am extremely impressed with his follow through and compassion! Excellent service!! Highly recommend!!!!"
