"Garry and his team gave us a beyond excellent experience. From my first message, he followed up promptly, showed up in person to give us an estimate within 2 days, and squeezed us in between other jobs to get to a time-sensitive project. His quote was very fair, especially given the top notch quality of the work. He and his team showed up promptly exactly when they said they would, got the work done quickly and cleanly, and were super friendly and transparent. They moved a ton of rocks from one area of the yard to a fire pit, defined and did gorgeous stone edging on some big flower beds in our front yard (and even came back the very next day with more stone for the other side after I decided it was so pretty and I wanted it to be symmetrical), moved/removed a bunch of shrubs, and did serious cleanup and pristine mulching and edging on all our beds. Gary is committed to going above and beyond on customer service and doing high-quality work that honestly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for landscape/hardscape work, big or small! Thank you, Garry and crew :-)"

"If I could give this company no stars I definitely would. My husband hired this company to do landscaping work which was to starting 3/19/2020. There were multiple days that it rained which delayed work being done which I I definitely understand however there were plenty of days where it was perfectly nice out, however he and his crew never showed up despite my husband contacting him. Finally one day him and his crew came out. They picked up some small branches that were in the backyard covering the area that they were supposed to work on and racked up a little pile and Mr. Moore realized that he didnt have the neccessary tools he needed to start the job which was all discussed out way before the job was to be started. He would bring his bobcat to do digging and a stump grinder for a stump that wasnt properly grinded all the way down by someone we had hired previously to cut down multiple trees in our backyard. He told my husband he would have to come back another day to complete or should I say start the job because he didnt have everything he needed. That never happened. My husband requested our deposit back and Mr Moore sent back less than half our deposit. I dont understand how the little bit of if you want to call it work they did amounted to more than half our deposit. Please dont ever use this company. Obviously what I'm reading from other people is that he definitely doesn't do a good job. My husband and I will never recommend this company to anyone. I'll be looking ngf into other options as to how to get the rest of our money back and contacting the BBB."

"Please avoid this company at all costs. Never finished the job and threatened to sue me if I posted bad review. Save yourself a lot of time and money and go elsewhere. Had to put 1 star to post but believe me this company gets less than 1 star. Guess I have to add liar to the list of reasons not to use this company. Lawn was watered everyday (as they recommended). There are parts of the lawn that came in great and about 40% that grew nothing...like I said do yourself a favor and avoid this company"

"Garry's team was hired in April 2016 to install a vinyl fence in my backyard. He preached doing the job right but when it came down to it the work was anything but. From install, we had issues with both gates- one drug on my patio so it barely opened and the other wouldn't latch because it wasn't installed straight. This year, we noticed that the back wall of the fence was starting to cave in, and wiggled back and forth with a gust of wind. Under further inspection we realized that there were not 4x4s installed inside them for stabilization, and they weren't secured by a concrete base. Being 7 months pregnant, and having 2 small children living on the other side of the fence, this is a huge safety concern. After contacting them, and setting up two appts for Garry's son James to come out, we have been left sitting and waiting for them twice recently, with him being a complete no show and no longer picking up calls. We did, after those no shows, find that wooden shims were buried in front of some posts to stabilize movement and then covered with mulch...however no one ever communicated that it was done. It's offputting to know that someone was in my yard working without my knowledge. Over the past year, we've reached out to Garry and James close to 15 times, with the end result being that our fence is still not properly installed. We have now filed complaints with the BBB (which went unanswered) and Consumer Affairs. I just want my money back so I can get the job redone by a team that knows what they're doing."
