"Great place to work. This is a family owned business that has an unbelievable reputation for quality. This company is exemplary in regards to its OEO policy. JPC has mentored and partnered with minority/disadvantaged business enterprises with total contract dollars that are far in excess of what is mandated by lowest competitive City bid requirements (for anyone familiar with how City contracts work). Their project at the Sugarhouse Casino (now Rivers) was extremely impressive. This work included tide gates and cast in place concrete inside of a dangerous work environment. I am proud to be a part of it."

"Terrible. Someone explain how this New Jersey company got so many huge Philadelphia Water Department contract? Who’s palms did they grease? Philadelphia has plenty of its own construction companies, some of which are female and minority owned, but still this New Jersey company gets the huge payday?? The workers nap on rainy days, have plenty of smoke breaks and an hour lunch. They leave trash everywhere. Jobs run 1yr + past their projected time. I watched this company play circle jerk for a year and they still have not completed a job. Not to mention the left the jobsite with their portopotty and trash….! Are they ever coming back??? Who knows??? They should stay over New Jersey and ruin that state more if it’s even possible."
