"Golle is a quality company. I can say that because we've experienced it firsthand. I'm a firm believer that a companies reputation is built on their ability to handle issues when they arise. Nobody is perfect and sometimes mistakes or miscommunication happens but how a company responds is what separates the professionals from the amateurs. We had some miscommunication issues but Bill showed up personally on our doorstep to make things right. That's all you can ask for. In a world where everyone tries to pass the buck and point the finger its extremely rare to find someone who's willing to step up and handle it like Bill did. They came out and not only addressed the problem but also went far above and beyond to repair things that didn't even have anything to do with them to make sure that we didn't have any future problems. "I can’t say enough good things about this company, We dealt with Bill and Dorothy directly & they both made the process of getting a new roof as easy as possible. We chose Golle after getting estimates from 4 different companies and my husband and I agreed that Bill really knew what he was talking about in regards to installing a ridge vent ( we previously had none) and disconnecting the attic fan ( which never seemed to do much good). Because we had a leak, Bill scheduled us within a few days and our new roof was installed in just one day-including delivery of materials and cleanup, the crew was both friendly and professional, even texting me pictures of the damage they found underneath the shingles. I have recommended this company to a couple of neighbors already and thank them for a job more than well done. No one wants to spend money on an emergency roof replacement, but W.J.Golle made it as painless as possible."
