"I worked with Steve and team of Re-Design for the past 7 months. There was a lot of work done - Update of a bathroom, an addition of a bedroom, spa like bathroom, new back door, large pantry and a walk-in closet, renovation of kitchen, dining room, powder room as well as a bunch on structural and mechanical updates that were required along the way. As a single female homeowner, I have not always had the best experiences with contractors, being talked down to, being strung along, etc... I was very nervous to do this. BUT this was the opposite, I was educated and talked through every decision, even when I got push back, I felt heard, and we always landed on a decision I felt comfortable with. This is not an easy or quick undertaking, but I felt I had a partner on the journey not that it was being done to me. The work is beautiful - matching of details like trim to the original house, custom closet, custom built in. My house is now everything I have ever wanted, and I could never find on any real estate market what I have created here with Re-Design. Thank you to the entire team!!"

"Re-Design did a great job installing a beam in our house so that we could remove a bearing wall. Carl arrived exactly when he said he would for the estimate. He was meticulous in measuring and explaining how the beam would fit in the space. On the day of the job, his team arrived promptly as scheduled. The crew were friendly and respectful of my property. Measures were taken to reduce the dust from spreading through the house. Carl kept me updated throughout the day of how things were going. I was impressed with the way they cleaned up when they were finished. The beam and opened wall looks amazing. We couldn't be happier with Re-Design's work."

"Carl's expertise and service has been outstanding. We had a major problem with our fireplace and he and his crew removed the old fireplace and completely rebuilt the outside wall of our family room and did a fabulous job. Carpentry work was great. He had to try and preserve a renovation done by my deceased father and made it look better than when my Dad did it. They fixed all my Dad's mistakes and now I can look at the family room and still remember my Dad, but with a beautiful new fireplace and a room that we can really use. Job started on time and finished in a reasonable amount of time. I'd definitely asked him back to do other jobs (and have). Job was completed in April of 2012. Re-design contractors has returned to our home and re-sided it, fixed the roof, removed another chimney that was falling down. House looks fantastic and is much quieter. Addition of 3/4 inch foam board under the new siding has made a big difference in the drafts we have always experienced and the noise coming from a busy street near our home. Job done summer of 2014. I would not hesitate to have Re-design come back to do further work. Carl's crew does great work"
