"Simply put... "wow!". Our kitchen is absolutely gorgeous; it's better than we pictured it could be. We are overjoyed with how nice of a job Yakup and his team did. Not only did they completely gut and remodel our 60's kitchen, but Yakup suggested a different layout, to open up our small kitchen and make it feel more lively. He was SO right. We had Murat and Hassan on our kitchen project, with Yakup, and they were so sweet, respectful of our space, and extremely knowledgeable. On top of the excellent work, Yakup showed us where he can save us some money on the job, which we certainly appreciated. We will be coming to Arch for all of our future projects."

"Do NOT get anywhere near this contractor! We paid over $7,000 to have our roof replaced and within a few months it was leaking again. They came back out a few times to "repair" leaks and then eventually stopped returning our calls. Remember, this was supposed to be a BRAND NEW ROOF installation. But we repeatedy experienced leaks. Their response at one point was something along the lines of "do they expect me to repair their roof everytime it leaks?" If you are looking for a new roof, and are paying so much out of pocket, isn't it reasonable to expect that something new won't "break" so quickly? There should have been no need for "repairs" if it was really a new roof. But since it was so poorly done, repairs were needed. They claimed they gaurantee their work for 6 months. That is ludicrous for such an expensive job. Now approximately 5 years have passed, and things are even worse with leaks in several places (we had lots of snow yesterday and the snow is melting into our bedrooms on the 2nd floor and even into the dining room on the 1st floor; our roof and walls are pealing and bubbly, and even staining brown). My mom is so upset and who has that kind of money to throw away and get ANOTHER new roof in not even 5 years of having a new one installed (roofs are supposed to last 20-30 years minimum). Please consider this review carefully before doing business with them. There are so many other contractors out there. Please go find ones that aren't as much of a certain risk!"

"That moment I spoke to Yakup I knew I called the right company to do work for me at my house. Yakup is a wonderful person to talk to and He explains how the process goes on each and every project. I have been a happy, satisfied, and devoted customer since you did the work on my house so my insurance company could do an inspection. You have done at least three projects on my home and are in the process of doing another. Every project you do you go above and beyond. You make each customer feel important no matter how big or how small the project. I also commend you on how you answer questions, return calls, meet with people to set up and do and complete each project. And you do it in such a timely manner. I want you to know that you Yakup, your company Arch General Contracting, and all the employees who came to my home to do work whose names I unfortunately do not remember are wonderful and there is nobody better. Each of the these wonderful people took the time to explain to me everything they were doing during the course of the project. I think your prices are perfect. I think it is wonderful how you work with each customer. You have a devoted customer for life and I will recommend you to everyone who needs a contractor. There are truly no words to explain the joy I feel due to you, your company, and employees. I will look forward to working with you in the future."

"From the moment we met Yakup we were instantly sold on his professionalism and design expertise. Once his work crew arrived to begin work, words cannot describe the transformation that happened in our home. They went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Initially we only contracted them to renovate our bathroom but then that quickly changed to include a magnificent renovation of our family room and we recently contracted again for them to complete our basement. We almost don't want them to ever leave. They can do it all. No hassles, complaints or the run around. After many years of experiences with unprofessional, money hungry, manipulating contractors we feel blessed to have found ARCH contractors. We are extremely pleased!!!"
