"AWESOME!!! Couldn't have been more perfect from start to finish!!! This is close-knit, family run operation at its best!!! Mom is in the office...Dad runs the construction end, and the son watches over the roofing/siding end of things - and what a well oiled machine, it is!!! We had an insurance claim we were dealing with, and Sebastian and The Fam couldn't have been more patient. They listened to our concerns and provided the "if it were my home" advice, when asked. Text/calls/emails were returned within minutes - and back up documentation to help move the insurance claim along was provided just as promptly. When installation day came, the team showed up 30 minutes ahead of schedule (and waited patiently until our HOA mandated 8am start time). They set up tarps with great care to protect our lawn and plants - and ran large magnets around the yard multiple times to ensure that there was nothing dangerous left behind. Once the job was complete, everything that had to be moved, was put back exactly where it came from. I would recommend Sebastian Builders LLC to everyone!!!"
