"When my family and I decided it was time to remove our 16'x32' inground pool, I only found a few contractors that specialized in this kind of work. When I researched RW Hartman, I found that he is the "go-to" guy for pool removals. Communication was great EVERY step along the way. He was extremely careful to avoid any collateral damage in my yard. Due to a high water table, my yard was spongey and he put down appropriate steel plating to prevent any equipment from sinking. When he dug out the pool bowl, he got a pump on it to remove the water. In just one day, he had the removal completed.. pool, fence, even the 30-year-old-shed! Then we just had to wait on the township construction inspection (required in my state, to ensure that no debris is being buried). Once we had the go-ahead, he put in some stone to stabilize the excavation. Several days of rain prevented the rest of the backfilling, but as soon as we had dry weather, he immediately pumped out, filled and compacted the hole, applied topsoil, raked and seeded. All the debris was cleaned up. I had forgotten how large my yard really was! I found Rob (the "R" in RW Hartman) to be a very friendly guy, who really cares about his work. He is a great communicator. His work is GREAT! I cannot recommend him strongly enough! I wish I could give him 10 stars!"
