"I used Fischer years ago and received a new roof, I was given a guarantee of 15 years, there is no loyalty to returning customers they do not honor there guarantee as demonstrated by there lack of not showing up to appointments set they are a no show no call company I have called repeatedly spoke with Nina was told John was coming out that never happened we had to get a new company to come out to assess their work. I guess companies don't get better with time because there's no loyalty or honor with returning customers that have a guarantee its just a piece of paper that we are throwing away starting over with a new company"
