"Water spots appeared in ceiling of our home roof 23 yrs old. I Called Restoration Roofing spoke with Jimmy, the owner. He came out to inspect. He walked my wife and I around the house. Jimmy pointed out the the points of water penetration. Jimmy was extremely knowledgeable about the product they install, took the time to explain the sample packet and went into great detail of the process for the removal of the old roof and installation of the new roof. We were very impressed with his professionalism. On the day of instillation, site supervisor, Dave and crew arrived on time just as Jimmy said they would. Dave introduced himself and went over the details of the job and the products they were installing. Dave went over step by step on how the day would progress. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They went on with great care not to damage the shrubs and landscaping we have planted around the house and even moved the patio furniture that I forgot to move to keep it from being damaged. Afterwards the roof looked amazing. Dave explained in detail the warranties for the labor and Shingles as the crew cleaned up with a magnetic swept around the property and driveway. "An excellent experience! Not only was Restoration Roofing the best estimate but the level of service and quality was the best! Often times the best estimate isn't the "best" deal, but not with these guys. They know their business. Besides the level of quality work, the clean up was superb! Once they left, you would have never known anyone was at my house for 8 hrs removing and installing a new roof except for the beautiful new roof that was left behind.
