"Had someone give me an estimate in August for some work I wanted done. Sent several emails requesting my estimate. Each email went either unanswered or I was told the same thing, he’s working on it. Almost 30 days later, I get a call from a woman asking for my last name so they could email me the quote. I gave the woman the information and FINALLY received my quote. Approximately 2 minutes later, the same woman calls back to accuse me of writing a negative review because my initials are the same as the person who actually wrote the negative review. I told her I didn’t write anything… but hey, who knew I wasn’t the only person in the area to have the initials R. L."

They did a good job on the roof and were supposed to get back in touch to do some other work and I have called again several times and no response. Is nobody professional anymore. If you can't do it at least tell me so I can look for someone else instead of waiting on someone who doesn't want work."
