"Absolutely TERRIBLE experience! Did not have a choice who we used as is was through PSEG energy program. Took over 2 months to complete attic project due to truck breaking down (I understand this is out of their control, but they could have kept communicating with updates!). Was told we would be the first appt when it was fixed, that was a lie, 10 weeks later we called the company who set us up with them since there was a severe lack of communication on this project. Come to the final project, attic storage is NOTHING what was talked about in the beginning. Most useable storage space is covered all the back storage space we wanted covered, that is hard to get to is what was left open. Closed everything up and left before we could even look at the final product. They also put a dent i my dryer when they changed out the dryer hose as part of the energy efficient project. Original review was 1 star, changed it to 3 stars because they came back to adjust the attic storage, not the same as what we talked about because apparently it wasn't prepped correctly, but is much better. And offered to fix the dryer, or send check to cover cost of fixing, still waiting on the check."
