"The people who drive these vans are hazardous + careless. The vans are already top heavy, tall, + laiden with equipment. They look like they can topple over at any turn. You'd think the drivers would have sense to know NOT to cut people off but they don't. They'll cut you off + bully their way into tight spaces like they're driving a tiny car. Stay clear of them if you see them. They drive like they're high or drunk!"

"We hired KPI2 to purchase and install all new windows on our Town House. After working with KPI2 for other projects, as well as being the primary contract for our HOA, we knew they would the ideal company. Their team showed up on time 3 days in a row to complete the install of new windows and a back door. They were professional and cleaned up completely (no nails hiding in the grass or crevices) after every day. They replaced any framing wood that may have been needed as well as ensured all siding was put back up correctly with the appropriate waterproofing (something that the original contracts of the house neglected to install). They go above and beyond to ensure they do the highest quality work possible and stand behind their work."

"They started in the morning and by 4:30 pm they were cleaning up. Ripped off old roof, installed new GAF shingles, replaced four Velux skylights and added a vent stack for the kitchen. Six men did the job and cleaned up beautifully. They showed up as scheduled (weather permitting). Gone through some torrential rains and winds and all is good. Bryan and Beata were great to work with."

"We had our roof done through our homeowners association. I had no say over who they hired. They never reconnected any of my vents, so now I have dryer lint EVERYWHERE in my attic (FIRE HAZARD). After a few years we needed them to come back out to install the rain guards that they never installed. We didn't realize that until we had water coming in through our window$$$... Now we have other leaks. They called this morning to schedule someone to come out today. Now it's 4:00. I called to find out when they are coming. The response was basically, "what's your availability next week?" Just fix it before it rains again."
