"SINGLE MOM TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THIS COMPANY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR WINDOWS AND SIDING. I believed the reviews and moved forward with this company. Charlie was nice and patient at the beginning of the process. I trusted what he said since I am not an expert in windows. I am a single mom and once the window installation process started I felt completely taken advantage of. The windows they installed were over 4” wide less of glass. I also came to understand the windows installed were too small. They needed to “make it work” and added extra wood to make the windows fit. I was never told my windows would be tinted either. I get no sun on the front of my house, and now it’s so much darker. When I told Charlie I wasn’t happy with the windows he told me they were custom windows and if I wanted to replace them, I’d have to pay for the current windows and new ones. I was told the owner Tom would reach out, someone I never spoke to throughout this entire process, and when he did he told me that he’s never had an issue with the viwinco windows, that I just don’t want to pay for the work. I, as a single mom, I felt so helpless. Every time Charlie asked for a payment, I had a check ready. If I questioned any of the work, I was accused by Tom as not wanting to pay. I never, not once told them I wasn’t going to pay for the work done. I just wanted my windows to be the right size. Tom never picked up the phone to call and talk to me about my concerns. Just continued to accuse me of not wanting to pay. Tom was so mean, straight nasty. He even called me stupid at one point. He argued with me on everything Charlie said. He never once asked me what was going on. Him and Charlie were not on the same page, and I was stuck in the middle. I now have windows that are too small and have no options. Don’t get taken advantage of like i did."

"Recently hired them to complete a bathroom renovation which turned out even better than I hoped it would. These guys do great work. They are professional with competitive prices and they completed the project right within the scheduled time. Will definitely use them for future projects."

"I noticed a watermark on my ceiling had called out multiple other contractors. No, we could identify where the leak was coming from. Tom came out and was able to finally within 20 minutes of being on the roof. He gave me a quote we agreed on it He was back the next day with the supplies and tools he needed to address the leak less than half a day, and the leak was stopped him and his crew were clean, respectful and thoroughly explained everything that was going on. If I had any questions, wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for any other isn’t that I need fixing."

"Hired TJ Martin Inc at the start of Summer 2021 to install a bathroom vent and overhead stove vent. They were very professional, courteous, and came in at an excellent price which I accepted on the spot. Other contractors either did not get back to me or were rude/harsh. They did take a few months to get to my job from initial inspection. However, this is due to almost all contractors having a large work queue during the pandemic, and I did indicate it was fine to get it done anytime before fall. Over the weeks, they kept in contact, ensuring me I was still in line. Some problems were encountered along the way, which they solved, and adjusted the initial estimate up at a fair price. I am certainly having them come back again for more work. The quality of work was great and I was very comfortable having them in my home."
