"Dr Betz is the best! Down to earth, listens and my dogs love her. The staff is always friendly and go above and beyond."
"The ladies at Betz are the best! Dr. Churchill and Jenny made everything easy when I had to have my sweet baby Dixie put down. They made it comfortable for her and for me. Thank you ladies! Everyone there is compassionate and professional."
"Thankfully, I learned here last week that blue buffalo dog food has been linked to dogs having urinary tract problems, while my 13 month old full blooded Rottweiler was being seen & diagnosed with a UTI. A year prior to getting her, my blue staffy was diagnosed with a UTI, as well as a scan that turned out to be bladder cancer. (Since pit bulls are known for skin allergies, she was given Apoquel by another vet) After her diagnosis, I did research and found that Apoquel counteracts a dog’s body’s way of fighting off cysts in the bladder and urinary tract, thus causing the cancer. It was heartbreaking. I talked with the old vet as well as Dr Walls, the Urologist in Jax quite extensively and we never discussed the particular dog food. Apoquel was enough to cause it. So I continued feeding it to the puppy. I switched to Betz with the puppy, only due to being prescribed something that ended my blue staffys life years too soon. I called Chewy and they refunded me, and didn’t need the unopened bag back. So, short story long, Betz has saved me so much unwanted heartache by this important bit of information. My rottie is feeling much better now."
"I am so happy to have found this vet office after moving here. I have received amazing care for my fur babies here. Dr. Katie is who we primarily see and she is fabulous. We have also seen Dr. Betz and Dr. Churchill who are also wonderful. They are all very caring and knowledgeable and in my opinion go above and beyond to provide the best care. They are also wonderful about working you in if your fur baby has an emergency....which means sometimes you may have to wait a bit longer. Yes I have had to wait sometimes for a routine appointment but that is because they have been willing to work in emergencies for others, which I personally respect and appreciate. I have also been on the other end and had to come in for emergencies with my fur babies when they broke a leg or had bad medication reaction and couldn't tolerate anything by mouth. Each time this office worked me in very quickly. So if someone complains about having to wait (which is rare but has happened to me once or twice) it is because they clearly don't know how a triage system works and that true emergencies come first. The techs are also wonderful and caring and the front desk staff are personable and friendly. I am thrilled to have them to care for my fur babies and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them."
"Absolutely love this office! I have some not so easy dogs and plenty of cats who have had nothing but the best care here! Dr Katie, Dr Churchill and Dr Betz have treated my funny farm for the past 3 years and my animals have never been healthier and happier!"
