"After careful review of multiple contractors, we hired Clayton Contracting to perform major renovations to a large 4 car detached garage. This required a complete replacement of the roof and main support beam, replacement of 8 windows and new door and door frame. John and his team completed the work timely and the finished product is high quality and will last for decades. Based on the quality work on the garage, we chose Clayton Contracting to handle renovations needed in our living room. This required removal of old, deteriorating paneling, framing the walls with new studs, replacing insulation, installing sheetrock and spackling/sanding/finishing to “paint ready” status. Again, the job was completed timely and the finished product was exactly as desired. Throughout the process, John communicates daily, providing detailed updates including pictures and videos of the work completed that day.
