"Communicating with the office was better than expected, by phone and email. I received three competing quotes and provided a clear scope of work along with a marked up satellite overhead image. DiPalantino's quote was less than my initially preferred - DCI in Quakertown - so I selected them. Six weeks later we were a go for paving. Luckily I worked remotely just to be sure this investment was done right; the owner and I chatted as the crew and trucks pulled in. There was an unexplained confusion about the scope and pricing, but we reasonably and quickly worked it out, adding $600 the the cost. Now the quote was comparable to DCI's. The owner committed to a high quality job. At the end, I was very pleased. I had a big, rough and destroyed driveway with one big crater; now it is smooth, solid, nicely shaped and drains well. The crew were all nice, professional and hardworking. I have another unpaved long second drive, and I would hire them again. I knocked off two stars for the scope of work challenge, added one star back for the reasonable renegotiation, but the work product was 6 star, hence the overall 5 star rating."
