Every employee is very friendly, courteous and they clean up the job site at the end of each day. Your yard is never a mess. This company is fabulous. What started as a roof, gutters, soffit, and siding replacement turned in to a much larger job than anticipated, through no fault of this company. These gentlemen did not take advantage of an 80-year-old woman. They took the time to explain what they found to my mother, my husband and me. They were concerned for my mother's well-being and fixed the exterior of the home to make it safer for my mother and kept it reasonable. They even had no problem with our dogs running around while they were working. Once the existing roof and siding was removed, serious issues were discovered as the builder who built this home in the 1950's used one-fourth inch plywood for the roof and exterior walls of the home and had improperly installed the insulation in the walls. We discussed all our options, agreed that we wanted the work done right and ended up replacing the wood on the roof and exterior walls of the home. They were also kind enough to install new insulation, which we had on hand from another project for no extra charge. They wrapped the entire house, installed insulation on the outside of the home prior to siding it, wrapped all the windows, etc. in aluminum, replaced the soffit around the home, installed new gutters, roof vents, all outside vents (for dryer, stove, etc. were replaced, a installed special material around the outside faucets, electrical boxes, etc., and even installed the new light fixtures we purchased to provide optimal exterior lighting. There are no words greater than THIS COMPANY IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. They are TOP NOTCH, highly reputable and not looking to just make an extra buck off an elderly woman. We can see the amazing difference and the improvements are of the highest quality, most efficient and a very reputable company. When the project is complete, I will add before and after pics.
