"The Roffs are our neighbors! When John saw that a tree had fallen on the front corner of our house during a severe wind/rain storm, he immediately tended to the problem, even though we were not home at the time, by helping to remove the tree and immediately patching the roof so that we had no water damage until such time as we could have a new roof installed. Our roof was showing its age so we decided to have the whole roof replaced along with new gutters and gutter guards. We didn't want to have to climb up to clean gutters multiple times a year anymore! John immediately gave us a very competitive quote and we proceeded with the project right away. No scheduling problems at all! His crew was professional, they cleaned up throughout the job, they were done within 1/2 day and were extremely polite and helpful. The house looks terrific and the shingles and gutters are top notch/high quality. I would highly recommend Roff Roofing to anyone looking to replace, repair their roof and even install new gutters. Additionally, his office staff communicates all instructions up front, you know every step of the way what is going to be done and when. A real pleasure to work with!
