"We called at 7:15am with a plumbing issue. We spoke with Steve and he was professional, courteous and kind. We knew what the issue was and he quoted us an amount and offered us a senior discount on the labor. He scheduled our appointment at 10am and Alex was here promptly at 10am. Alex was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We also found out after calling that Steve lost his workshop and a tree fell on his house the night before due to bad wether.
