"Great Vet and staff. Very knowledgeable and caring"
"I took my dog in April to be seen and he did no blood work and felt of her stomach. He said she had a uti and sent us home with antibiotics. Two weeks later I took her back to find out she had an infected uterus and kidney failure. She was a healthy nine year old fur baby who had never been sick, and I had to put her to sleep that day because of the carelessness of that vet. I was also charged $350 for them to put my dog to sleep. I didn’t have the money for the surgery they could have done to save her life because they wanted it all that day. And the surgery would have been a 50/50 chance of her not even surviving. If he would have done bloodwork that first day I took her I’d still have my best friend with me…."
"This is not my regular vet. I rescued a dog from the shelter and this is who the shelter uses. My dog seemed to get along fine. The things that concerned me was...my vet keeps the dog overnight with a spay...McRae did not. The dog was very groggy at the time of pickup. They also did not send any pain meds home. My vet asks before spay if you want pain meds. The young lady at the desk was exceptionally nice. We didn't see the vet at all. My new doggie is healthy and happy. The spay cost with coupon was very affordable. ADOPT A DOGGIE TODAY!"
"These people just let my dog die even though they had treated him two months earlier for possible pancreatitis. My Fox, a Pomeranian, fell ill again on a Friday and when I called they said they could not see him until Monday, even though they were OPEN. He did not make it another 24 hours. The front staff were always very terse and seemed to have no compassion, and the vet was no better. We have a much better animal clinic in town now with staff who actually seem to care. Stay away."
"Not very dog friendly to be a vet. The people are not very nice and don't go out of there way to make you feel better."
