She had to reach out to a tech in order to know how much the call would be. I wanted to speak directly with scenic city hvac, but apparently they are using a ridiculous middle man between them and their customers."

"After having 5 different companies come out to give us an estimate for replacing our 3 ton unit. I can say, without a doubt, I made the right choice in picking them for the job! Professional, knowledgeable, punctual. They took the time to listen to our needs and answer any questions that we had. During the installation they were very respectful of our home. When they were finished with the job, you couldn't even tell they were here other than finally having heat! They even offered us heaters while we were waiting for installation. After meeting with Max for the estimate, Josh Farley came in with Rob to install our new unit and enlarge our intake. They were so knowledgeable and took the time to answer any and all questions. During this time, Michael Roy, their air quality expert, added a significant amount of insulation in our attic and installed an air scrubber, which I highly recommend, to our unit.
