"OUTSTANDING!!!! My mom lost her only key to her 2007 Kia Spectra. I have been calling around all week trying to get someone to make her another key, but no one has been able to help me (not even the dealership). I finally called The Lock Doc, and with no hesitation, Josh said he could help! He was prompt, friendly, and efficient, and within 15 minutes my mom had a new key!!! He was even kind enough to make me a spare because he didn't want me to run into any problems trying to get a duplicate made. My mom is just over the moon!!!! "I had some problems starting the ignition of my Camry with a new key fob shell I assembled. Called the LockDoc asking if they could fit me in for a reprogramming. Over the phone he asked me to send pictures of the key fobs to verify the transponder chip wasn’t still in there. If it was, I wouldn’t have to reprogram, just move it over to the new key. Sure enough it was still in the old one. He gave me a quick and simple fix without even having to leave the house. The new key works great now. He really didn’t have to be so kind, he could’ve easily gotten me to drive out to his shop and pay loads of money, but instead he was thorough and honest. Highly recommend the LockDoc, and I will definitely be coming back if other key/lock problems arise."
