"Incorrect and overpriced tickets. Tickets would have been cheaper at the park. Didn't include the water park attraction that I wanted which costs an additional 55$ at the park entrance. Called to try and speak to someone and got no answer. After I returned from Florida to speak with the agent that booked my tickets I was avoided by her and passed off to her coworker even though she was present. She refused to make eye contact or address her mistake. I was able to have the tickets from the Legoland park refunded directly to the travel office so that upon my return I could seek the refund from them as I didn't book the tickets myself. I was told the supervisor would have to handle that. After providing proof of the receipts and very limited help I haven't seen the refund for said tickets. Posted is a photo of the refund they received from the park. Garbage service, poor employees, and sad they are handling soldiers travel plans. Zero stars."

"This place has excellent access to deals no one else does and they do their best to accommodate service members to create their trip. My only issue with them is they work on older systems that are slow that do not always allow them to use credit/debit. I have use them several times and I recommend this service."
