"Really don’t like this place ! Literally had to take my stuff out of the until just to avoid their manager they have working for them. He’s rude and inconsiderate. Every time I would go there it was always an issue. I called and explained to him that I don’t have a unit there that the girl Becky was supposed to take care of removing the lock and he’s trying to make me pay to remove a lock that I lost the key to instead of letting me in on the property to break my lock off myself. Never coming back. Never recommend to anyone. I was sick with Covid and pregnant and I explained to him my situation and he’s like oh well we all have our problems and tried to play victim. Nah I’m good. If a customer is trying to work with you and you can’t do the same in return then something isn’t adding up. As far as me getting charged almost 100$ a month or an empty unit from back in October is completely absurd. Highly not recommended."

"I've nothing stored here and I've not rented a truck (which I think is something they offer as well) However, i always tell ppl to go here. Both auto washes leave my vehicles clean and the dryers actually dry! I hate when u spend $12 or something and the dryer doesn't do its job all the way or it's weak. What are these people doing? I've been going here for years every week and don't have any issues. Thru the years, I've only had two issues that they resolved in less than a minute for me. No, really I walked in Told the guy what's up Walked out happy Just Like That Customer service as it should be! The place is kept clean and well maintained. If i ever need storage, this will be the first place I'd go. Keep up the good work, y'all!"

"Great auto wash for larger and smaller vehicles. The only reason it doesn't get a 5 is because the dryers don't really get the water off your vehicle upon exit."
