"This is a nice park except for all the people that bring their dogs here and let them run off lease. THIS IS ILLEGAL UNDER NJ STATE LAW AND IT PUTS THEIR DOG AND ANY OTHER PERSON/DOG IN THE PARK IN DANGER!!!!"
