They found the wiring issue in a light switch within 5-10 minutes and had the issue fixed within another 10-minutes. Everything went great from the moment I called until the job was done. "I have not dealt with anyone outside the payroll department. However, the lady (Polly/Patty) I did speak to was the most disrespectful, unprofessional customer service representative I have EVER talked to. I was absolutely disgusted with her tone of voice, sharp demeanor and condescending remarks. Having worked in the customer service field, I would have been "let go" on the spot if I spoke to anyone that way, and rightfully so. I most certainly will not be sugar-coating this experience...HORRIBLE!"
