However, the lady (Polly/Patty) I did speak to was the most disrespectful, unprofessional customer service representative I have EVER talked to. I was absolutely disgusted with her tone of voice, sharp demeanor and condescending remarks. Having worked in the customer service field, I would have been "let go" on the spot if I spoke to anyone that way, and rightfully so. I most certainly will not be sugar-coating this experience...HORRIBLE!"
