"To the blonde lady who checked me in today, 1/16/22, at 2:10 p.m. Ticket number 000796848. You treated me so rudely because I brought a pick up truck full of cardboard. You did not know my circumstances and I not having lived in Vineland for 40 years did not know how you operate. I am just a regular person trying to clean up my Mom's house/shed. As if being a primary caregiver to a dementia patient is not difficult enough. Older folks save stuff and in this case it was a ton of empty boxes. How dare you act like I am some kind of criminal as you scold me for not putting all that cardboard in front of Mom's house. It would have taken 10 cans to do that!!!! Your counterpart was so incredibly kind to me the last time I was there. . .I cannot believe you are the absolute extreme. I don't care where you live. . .New Jersey or any other state. . .there is no reason why your negative attitude should exist as it does. I would recommend removing you from your position as you demonstrated the utmost in unprofessionalism!!!!"

"If you use a Uhaul to get rid of stuff you don't want when moving houses, you will be talked to disrespectfully and turned away. So yeah... Don't do that. Make 50 trips with a truck bed/trailer or come through with your own DEP stickers."
